Damaged In Transit
In the unlikely event that that you received a damaged item due to shipping we need to be informed within as soon as possible, this is especially true for bulky items that have been shipped though our courier suppliers. We only get a short window to lodge an insurance claim for items damaged in transit with our providers.
In the event an item’s box is visibly damaged and contents could be damaged, you should refuse receipt on the basis the the goods are visibly damaged with the courier and leave item with courier notifying us immediately .
Remedy we offer depends on the circumstances. We will work with your to find an outcome you are happy with. For example:
– suggest repair (with offer to compensate you)
– Offer partial or full store credit
– replace the product (Subject to availability)
– Arrange for the product to be returned to us or our supplier

You should be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs). The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:
All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
You must complete your return within 30 days of receiving your item and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
I the event you are eligible for the return of an item that has met the criteria you will be responsible for return shipping expense for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping transit time is something we cannot control, therefore, we advise that shipping times vary by place and shipping courier.
